The Flipbar serves delicious hot and cold beverages where they are most appreciated. We have the ability to serve any group size without any hookups of water or power. Our trailer or tent set up schedules events from May to October.
Our roots go back to the early 80’s when we started by selling our signature smoothie, The Fruit Flip at an International Tennis Tournament in Vermont. Since then we have expanded our menu and set up at thousands of out door shows including Dog Shows, Horse Shows, Balloon Shows, Concerts, Music Festivals, etc.
Sometimes it’s a lot of work to set up where people need us most but it’s worth it when you see the smile on a satisfied customer getting a ice cold fresh squeezed lemonade or the grateful smile of a freezing customer getting a hot mocha on a cold fall day.
We are now providing our delicious drinks for smaller events where people want a truly delicious drinks either hot, cold, or frozen. Weddings, Parties, Corporate gatherings, etc.
If you are looking for an espresso/coffee bar for your next gathering or are looking for the ultimate bar setup for an outdoor party let us know
We pride ourselves on making delicious drinks with the best ingredients possible with some style
For private events we will make sure the drinks match what the best suits the event.
For hot drinks we provide fresh roasted coffee brewed on site, gourmet teas, a full espresso bar from which we can make lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, or custom flavored espresso drinks.
For cold drinks the sky is the limit. Many gatherings will offer a bar with basic drinks. We don’t do the basic stuff. We want to make sure you have a beverage that is truly special and matches the event. Fresh fruit spritzers, Fresh Squeezed limeade with raspberries, cold brewed teas with fresh mint and fruit garnishes. Of course we can also provide the drinks that we offer from our drink trailer at special events.
At events we provide time tested favorites made with speed and style. They include:
The Fruit Flip. Our signature blended drink made with Pineapple Juice, Ice, Bananas, Peaches, Mango, Strawberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries. Garnished with a pineapple wedge when no cover is needed.
Fresh squeezed lemonade. We believe ours is the best. Fresh squeezed lemon juice, sugar and water shaken and poured over ice. It’s so much better than the stuff you may have had at the fair!
Fresh squeezed limeade. Made the same was as our lemonade.
Fresh squeezed limeade shaken with raspberries.
Iced Cappuccino made with our own fresh roasted “72 hour Cold Brewed Espresso”
Iced Mochas. Our Iced Cappuccino shaken with chocolate.
Homemade Sodas. We start with syrup and soda and when requested add a shot of cream. Stirred and when appropriate topped with whipped cream.
Frozen Lemonade. We use the same ingredients as in our lemonade and add lemon zest and blend to the perfect lemony slush.
Frozen Lime Rickey. Made with the same ingredients as our Raspberry Limeade but we increase the amount of raspberries to make a refreshing sweet/tart drink that gets requested more as the temperature climbs.
Frozen Mochas. We use our “72 hour Cold Brewed Espresso” and a healthy amount of chocolate in the blender with a splash of cream to make an addicting energy boosting drink that keeps people going even on the hottest days
Frozen Pina Colada. Over the years we have tweaked the reciepe to make it the best Pina Colada you have ever tasted. Made with fresh pineapple.
Frozen Banana Daquiri. It’s more like frozen Banana Pie in a cup. There is more than one banana in every drink. Blended with cream and a dash of sugar. When asked we put a chocolate swirl in the cup to make it more of frozen Chocolate Banana Cream Pie.
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri. Lots of strawberries, strawberry syrup and a dash of cream all blended to the perfect frozen consistency.

We have worked with the NEMHS for over 40 years now. When we first started we just had a table and a couple signs. Over the years we have had several different Flipbar booths. Every year has been a lot of fun.
I have one picture here from ??. I would like to put more pictures from the flipbar at the NEMHS as it spans so much of my life. If you have a picture or two in a scrap book somewhere please take a picture of it and send it to contact@flipbar.com. If we add it to our website we will give you a couple drinks and credit for your time.
Over the years we have had some very interesting 4 legged customers (That only pay by being cute). I’ll try to add to the pictures below whenever we can grab a picture of a dog jumping up on the booth or a horse sticking his head near the window.
